Directions to the National Field of Honour

The Last Post Fund National Field of Honour is located behind Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery (701 Donegani Avenue, Pointe Claire, in Québec). To access the Field of Honour, proceed through Lakeview following the Field of Honour signs until you reach the Remembrance Gate which enters into the Field. Directions from Montreal:

1. Take the Autoroute 20 West (from Montreal)
2. Take the St-Charles Blvd Exit (Exit 48)
3. Turn right onto St-Charles Boulevard
4. Turn right onto Amherst Road
5. Turn left unto Elm Avenue
6. Elm Avenue becomes Donegani Avenue
7. Turn left into Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery (701 Donegani Avenue)
8. Proceed through Lakeview following the Field of Honour signs to the Remembrance Gate entrance for the National Field of Honour

The cemetery office is located in the building next to the Remembrance Gate.
